Wills & Probate Solicitor

Regional multi-office Yorkshire firm has an opportunity for a Wills & Probate Solicitor, or Executive, to join their team. You will include managing a caseload of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate and would be suitable or an established Solicitor/Executive looking for the next step in their career.Role details: * Running a case load of client matters. * Dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions, will drafting, dealing with the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates. * Dealing with new client enquiries. * Providing support to other fee earners in the probate department.Skills and experience: * Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-3 years PQE. * Experienced at handling Wills, Probate, and Powers of Attorney cases. * Ability to work accurately in accordance with procedures and processes. * Ability to deal with technical details and to express solutions to complex legal problems in a concise and client-friendly way. * Good spoken and written communication to deal with clients and other parties face to face, by telephone and in producing legal documents. * Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.On offer: * Negotiable salary depending on experience. * Company wide bonus scheme paid annually. * 23-26 days annual leave plus bank holidays. * Life assurance. * Company pension contributions. * Healthcare cash plan. * Some legal services provided at no charge.If you are currently a qualified solicitor or legal executive and would like more information about this role, apply online for immediate consideration
