IN2-AV are currently seeking experienced Freelance Vision Mixers to support a premium event space in central London. This busy venue hosts a constant flow of high-profile events, and we are looking for skilled professionals who can take charge of the vision mixing process, lead other operators, and direct content and camera changes to ensure seamless productions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vision mixing process during live events, delivering a high-quality viewing experience.
  • Collaborate with the production team to understand event requirements and the overall creative vision.
  • Direct camera operators and technical staff to effectively capture the necessary shots and content.
  • Make real-time decisions regarding camera angles, transitions, and graphic overlays.
  • Ensure all technical equipment is set up and functioning correctly before each event.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during productions.
  • Maintain clear communication with the director and other team members throughout the event.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior operators as needed.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Vision Mixer in a live production environment.
  • Strong understanding of vision mixing equipment and software. (Vmix, BlackMagic ATEM, Wirecast, OBS)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on various events with varying schedules.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
