This is aunique opportunityto lead on high-endResidentialprojects with a strong focus onConservation and Heritage.Were seeking a talentedArchitectto join our London studio a vibrant and supportive team where creativity collaboration and excellence thrive.With decades of experience and over250 professionals across 14 offices worldwide this practice offers the scale of an international consultancy while retaining the atmosphere of a close-knit studio.The RoleAs anArchitect you will:Assist on full life-cycle architectural projects from concept through construction.Drive creative solutions for complex high-end Residential projects.Collaborate with a skilled friendly team of architects heritage consultants and designers.Generate innovative design solutions within project parameters.Translate design concepts into compelling images and documents.Develop detailed construction documents and support contract administration.Coordinate with consultants across disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions.Contribute to project deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.What Were Looking ForRIBA Chartered Architectstatus.Minimum2 years post-qualification experiencewithin the UK architectural industry.Strong background inhigh-end private residential projects ideally with Conservation focus.Technical competence and provensite experience.Experience leading teams and managing project finances.Proficiency inRevit BIM and AutoCADsoftware.Strong understanding ofUK Building and Planning Regulations.This is a rare chance to join a respected design-led practice where your expertise in high-end Residential and Conservation architecture will shine.
