Youll know your customers spot concerns early and work closely with our housing support and community development colleagues to ensure people can continue living safely in their homes.What skills and experience do you needThe role will manage a patch of general need tenancies and include the letting of properties resolving neighbour disputes supporting victims of anti-social behaviour managing tenancies and carrying out property and estate inspections. You will also be required to represent Pobl in court for breaches of tenancy.Your day will consist of:You will proactively manage a variety of Housing Management functions including viewings and sign ups.You will carry out estate visits and inspectionsYou will build strong working relationships with customers internal and external stakeholders working collaboratively to support our communities to thrive.You will support victims of all types of anti-social behaviour and take appropriate action to resolveIdentify and record details of vulnerable customers refer or signpost customersWhat are the pay and benefitsThe salary is 37522 for a 37 hour permanent position.This role is predominately Monday to Friday. The office base is Newport Head office but much of your time will be spent working in the local community of the Caerphilly borough and surrounding areas building relationships and making a real impact.
