The core focus of the role is on the identification of New Build and Refurbishment projects, securing specification through proactively engaging with key stakeholders in the project cycle. * Identify and develop new project specifications for the Company’s range of high-performance products and systems for the Building Envelope * Focus on targeting key Architects, Specifiers, Consultants and Surveyors * Engage with specifiers aiming to break existing specifications and secure quote and tender opportunities * Manage relationships with key existing clientsYou will be responsible for managing the entire specification sales process from initial quotation and site visit through to completion, managing all key stakeholders and ensuring specification is achieved and upheldREQUIREMENTSOur client requires an experienced Architectural Sales professional with a proven track record in delivering major project specifications. * Specification Sales experience with Architects, Main Contractors and Specifiers is essential * Product knowledge is not essential however experience is desirable within the Building Envelope sector. This includes Flat Roofing, Waterproofing, Insulation, Roof Access, Roof Ventilation, Roof lights, Cladding, Rainscreen, Facades or equivalent.Area: South LondonSalary: Exceptional Basic Salary + Rewards Package
