As a Healthcare Assistant (Days) you will be an essential part of our dedicated team, working alongside Senior Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses to deliver personalised care. Your role will involve providing practical, physical, social, and emotional support to our residents. With sensitivity and respect, you will ensure that each individual's needs and wishes are met, while communicating effectively with family, friends, and healthcare professionals.

At Fairmile Grange, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities, empowering you to thrive in your career in care.
