Working Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday


Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays


Overview: EX1 & MissyEmpire are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced team. This role focuses primarily on enhancing EX1's digital presence while also supporting MissyEmpire's social media efforts. If you have a passion for beauty and fashion, and a knack for digital storytelling, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and execute the social media posts for EX1 & MissyEmpire across Insta, TikTok & Snapchat, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns for EX1, including newsletter creation.
  • Develop creative and compelling insta and snap stories and graphics tailored for EX1's target audience.
  • Conduct influencer outreach for EX1, building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and bloggers.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance and engagement metrics, using insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Plan and Execute content creation days with key influencers.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with an ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with shopify email marketing tools and strategies.
  • A thorough understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
