Freeelance Highways Supervisor roleHighways Supervisor required for days and nights role working on reactive patching contracts in the Somerset area. This Highways Supervisor role will be to run a streetworks scheme and ensure the site is run safely and effectively, keeping accurate records. There is ongoing work for the successful candidate and a possible permanent post if wanted.The Highways Supervisor job will involve:Supervision of gangs on patching, footpath and streetworks schemesWorking with the management team to guide the projects in the right direction to be completed on time and under budgetRunning inductions, toolbox talks and making sure workers are safe at all timesAccurate record keeping of all site eventsEnsuring work is completed to high standard The Highways Supervisor ideal candidate will have:Strong highways and streetworks backgroundExperience supervising on National Highways schemesSMSTS or SSSTS, Streetworks Supervisor and CSCS CardOwn transport to get to site and around various sitesA good attitude to work and willingness to work days and nights when requiredGreat new job for a Highways Supervisor with a start ASAP working days and nights on a freelance basis.
