Samsic UK is recruiting for a Permanent Full-time Support Contract Manager to provide professional facilities services in the Bristol areaUK Driving Licence is mandatory as this role involves commuting to different sites to provide cleaning cover for sickness or absence.This position is to work for 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Timings will be confirmed to coincide with Operational requirements.You will receive a salary of between 23000 to 25000.Duties include but are not limited to managing and supervising all aspects of the operation in line with the client-specific requirements whilst representing Samsic UK.What you can expectYou will be provided with all the right tools and service platforms to ensure we deliver the best service to our clients.You will work in an environment where the safety of our employees and customers is at the core of what we do as a business.You will be guided and supported throughout your career with us and be treated as a valued member of the team. Inspection of all machinery and site equipment to ensure compliance with standardised health and safety.Recruiting cleaning staff and ensuring new staff are onboarded with the companys regulatory standards.Completing cleaning auditsMonitoring staffing and consulting with your line manager on procedures.About youYou will be polite and have a passion for delivering a good service. You will be health and safety conscious when working within the workplace considering the environment and presence of others around you.Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable.Training will be provided however supervising experience of at least 1 year is preferable.Flexibility to align yourself with the site requirements or the businesses needs.Ability to develop client-orientated relationships to effectively present Samsic UK whilst working directly with the client.We are looking for an individual with strong skills to be able to manage a site effectively in a manner that reflects the professional image of Samsic UK.
