Role – Interim COO (Ops & Transformation)
Location – UK/Western Europe
Daily rate – £1750-£2250/day
Duration – 6 months
Highlight of job – PE-backed DaaS/SaaS business leading ops diagnostic, TOM and VCP design
Working directly with the PE fund to perform an operational diagnostic and evaluation of transformation activity for a fast-growing buy & build SaaS/DaaS business.
You’ll be between UK and Western Europe locations, working closely with the portco leadership team to identify operational capabilities/gaps, build a report and follow up with a plan for a new TOM and design transformation/value creation plan (with support of the fund's portfolio operations team).
It’s important you have:
- A background operating in mid-large cap PE backed SaaS/DaaS type businesses
- Extensive experience operating at CX/board level
- Experienced in leading operational division and designing transformation plans
- Able to travel to areas of Western Europe
- Available immediately
