Corby, Monday to Friday 12.00pm -5.00am Permanent after successful temporary period, Immediate Start.Our client has over 30 years' experience in the manufacturing and distribution of Wet Paint, High Performance Coatings and Powder Coating and one of the largest product portfolios in the UK. Working closely with some of the world's leading paint manufacturersDuties:Mixing formulations, to make the desired colours for tins and aerosols.Colour matching, quality control and recording all new formulations.Weighing out small quantities of powder and keeping the mixing room clean and tidyHousekeeping of mixing area, ensuring all H&S regulations are adhered to at all times timesSupporting in the warehouse with goods in/out as and when requiredPreparing goods for despatch, labelling, and matching up delivery notes and any associated paperwork for production. Requirements:Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Good team player with a positive, proactive attitude to workload and comfortable working to schedulesExcellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of tasks.Passion to produce high quality products.Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.Good IT Skills, with a willingness to learn., extra training will be provided £11.79ph & £12.82ph d.o.e.
