They are seeking a Principal Chartered Building Surveyor to join their established Technical Due Diligence & Commercial Building Surveying team. This role offers significant scope, variety, and senior-level responsibility within a high-performing environment. Strong all-round commercial surveying and consultancy experience. Confident, professional client-facing communication skills. Commercially aware and financially astute, with strong delivery focus. Ability to manage a varied workload and balance multiple instructions. Collaborative, relationship-driven, and committed to high standards of service.
