I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a £2 million refurbishment of a commercial unit in Swindon. The works involved include internal refurbishment of the loading bays and external parking areas within the compound, the project is currently live and it is due to PC in May 2026. The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc. Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
