Working on behalf of our client based in Nantwich. We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to cover 12 months maternity.


Key Duties:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Conduct HR training and development programs.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.


What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

  • CIPD Qualification
  • Previous experience in HR Advisor Role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


What our client can offer in return:

  • Salary circa £36k
