Reporting to: Head of Growth
Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 17:30 pm
Salary: £competitive
What you’ll be doing:
- Utilise market analysis, trends, leads, and research to inform the prioritization of content themes, conversion strategies, and delivery plans.
- Develop and execute written content for PPC, social media, and campaigns focused on acquiring new customers.
- Contribute to targeting strategies via social and paid media channels, delivering key communications to drive conversions.
- Support the development of growth strategies, focusing on marketing functionality and customer messaging.
- Manage and distribute content across various promotional channels.
- Provide input and strategic thinking on amplifying B2C messages in digital spaces, including paid advertising and other emerging channels.
What we’re looking for:
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Proven experience in marketing with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Marketing automation experience.
- Digital marketing experience targeting existing customers.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- GA4 experience.
- CRM experience.
- ROI conversion expertise.
