Job Introduction Leading HandPurpose of the RoleAs part of the site production team, the Leading Hand focuses on delivering and maintaining exceptional SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) standards while meeting financial and operational targets. The role ensures safe operation of the plant, efficient production processes, and compliance with company standards.
