The opportunity:


We are looking for an ambitious Recruiter who prides themselves on highest standards of client delivery, and their passion for candidate sourcing and engagement to join our entrepreneurial team based in London (hybrid).


What you will be doing:


  • This role is all about candidate sourcing/resourcing and supporting the delivery of our services to management consultancy clients across the UK and internationally
  • You will be hands-on managing every element of the candidate journey from initial outreach through to the point of offer
  • Peer with other recruiters across Alvarium Talent, and our client's organisations
  • You may get the opportunity to spend periods working in-house or 'embedded' within our clients talent acquisition organisation supporting the delivery of multiple hires end-to-end, supporting a diverse set of business stakeholders


Skills, Experience and Mindset required:


  • A minimum of 1+ years' of sourcing experience, ideally, you recruiting across consultancy, professional services, technology (functional), accountancy/tax or financial services
  • Demonstrable experience building relationships with candidates
  • Confident in supporting the delivery of multiple concurrent roles with experience taking a brief, sourcing, screening CVs, and managing candidate experience
  • High levels of proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and use of one or more recruitment CRM/ATS systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build trust, motivate and inspire others
  • Do what's right for our clients and the candidates we interact with
  • A creative problem solver with exceptional levels of attention to detail

You will be working alongside an experienced, ambitious, supportive team of recruiters.
