Upholster

We are currently seeking an Upholsterer to join our team. The Upholsterer will be responsible for repairing and restoring furniture by covering with materials such as leather, fabric, or vinyl.## Duties- Assemble furniture components to prepare for upholstery- Fabricate and sew upholstery materials to cover furniture pieces- Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and attaching materials- Perform heavy lifting of furniture pieces during the upholstery process- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met## Requirements- Previous experience in upholstery or a similar role within a warehouse environment- Mechanical knowledge for operating hand tools and power tools effectively- Proficiency in fabricating and sewing upholstery materials- Ability to lift heavy furniture pieces during the upholstery processJob Type: Full-timePay: £16.50 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:CanteenFree parkingOn-site parkingSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Upholstery: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: On the roadJob Type: Full-timePay: £13.00-£16.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
