Extra Care Support Worker

Social Care in Action is currently supporting people in our Extra Care sites to ensure they stay safe and well. We currently have opportunities for a Support Worker to work full-time at our Extra Care Scheme in New Milton, Gore Grange. Part-time hours may be considered.Shift Schedule: Mornings: 07:0014:00 Evenings: 16:0021:00 Long day shifts are also available, including a one-hour break. Work is scheduled on a rota basis, with availability required every other weekend. From £12.21 to £15.75 per hourAbout YouFor us, personality and passion comes before education. Youll always be supported and looked after by your SCA Care colleagues and wider Social Care in Action family, and full training will be provided.About the roleOur Extra Care Schemes support individuals to remain in their own homes with person centred care to enable them to live as independently as possible whilst taking into account their choices and respecting their human rights. SCA Care works closely with other agencies including CQC, adult services, local GP practices and the local community.The team at SCA Care believe that helping people live the life they want to lead is extremely important.
