If you're passionate about solving deep technical issues and enjoy working with the latest tech stack, this could be your next big move.💼 What You’ll Be Doing:Take ownership of escalated technical support tickets from 2nd line.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across server, network, and cloud environments.Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure SLAs are consistently met.Maintain detailed documentation and update support queries in real time.Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and documentation.🛠 Tech You'll Get Hands-On With:Microsoft Server & Desktop OS, Exchange, Intune, Azure ADOffice 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)Hyper-V, VMware (clustered environments)Sophos (XG firewalls, Central suite), Datto, Veeam, AcronisHPE/Aruba Networking, VLANs, routing, MPLSHosted VoIP (e.g. Gamma Horizon)✅ What We’re Looking For:Solid 3rd Line support experience in an MSP or fast-paced environment.Deep knowledge of Microsoft and Office 365 ecosystems.Strong networking experience including VLANs and routing.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a wider support function.Full UK driving license.🌟 Bonus Points For:Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications.Experience with CyberEssentials or on-premise telephony.Project implementation experience.🎯 What’s In It For You?Salary up to £45,000 + on-call allowanceHybrid working (Bridgend & Remote)Fully funded training & certifications (Microsoft, Sophos, Datto, etc.)Private medical insuranceAll equipment provided (laptop, mobile, monitor, etc.)Supportive team and clear path for development
