FSG Data Specialist, Multinational Investment Bank, London, UK

We are working with a leading Multinational Investment Bank which is looking to hire an FSG Data Specialist into their London office. Working closely alongside senior specialists within the function, this role will work across private equity data processing and data migrations as well as performance statistics and working closely with numerous teams internally. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely impressive firm and gain insight into data usage within the private markets, adding value across the organisation from an analytical perspective. What the job involves
- Daily private equity data processing within internal databases or investment banking reports, or outside data platforms
- Updating FSG buyer strips database with sponsor commentary used in pitches in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Assisting with the migration of data
- Assisting with the regular data clean-up of sponsor investment criteria
- Regularly communicating with others in the global investment banking team to request/confirm information for databases
- Assisting with the research of private equity firms or the market generally
- Supporting on regular requests from project deal teams
- Administrative or Data experience, preferably within an investment banking or corporate setting environment would be desirable
- Strong client service skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Pursuit of excellence and contribution to corporate success
- Capable of producing accurate work
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Committed team member, reliable and trustworthy
