Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Manager:Help the rink site manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the ice rink.
• Team Leadership:Serve as the primary point of contact for the team during shifts, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
• Staff Management:Oversee staff management, including training, welfare, and rota management. Ensure staff adheres to operational standards like timekeeping, grooming, uniform policies, and exceptional customer service.
• Safety Oversight:Ensure the safety of the general public while maintaining a high standard of service throughout the rink.
• Customer Service:Manage customer complaints and service issues, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions to maintain a great guest experience..

Experience and Skills:

• Supervisory Experience:Previous experience in a supervisory role with strong team management capabilities is essential.
• Customer Service:A proven ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively is required.
• Attention to Detail:A strong focus on maintaining equipment and ensuring site infrastructure remains in good working condition.
• Ice Rink Experience:Not necessary but a bonus
• Positive Attitude:Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service is key.
