If you’re a skilled Paint Sprayer, then this could be a great opportunity for you.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Paint Sprayer, you will:Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and maskingMix and apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes according to specificationsUse spray equipment, brushes, and rollers to apply coatings evenlyInspect finished surfaces to ensure high-quality standardsFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspaceWork with a variety of materials, including metal and compositesCollaborate with team members to meet production deadlinesPerson SpecificationTo be successful as a Paint Sprayer, you should ideally have:Previous experience in painting or spraying, ideally within the aviation or automotive industriesStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsKnowledge of various painting techniques and materialsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a teamHours of Work and PayUp to £16.50 per hour, dependant on experience37-hour weekMonday to Thursday - 08:00 to 16:30Friday - 08:00 to 13:00Breaks15-minute morning break30-minute lunch break (unpaid)10-minute afternoon breakOvertimeOver 37 hours a week and Saturday: x1.5Sunday and bank holidays: x2.0
