Reporting directly to the Dealership Accountant you will play a key role in supporting the finance operations across our Ford dealerships.About the Role:As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for a range of accounting duties that are essential to the day-to-day financial operations of our business. Your role will involve managing and maintaining accurate financial records ensuring timely processing of invoices and building strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Registering and processing supplier invoicesMaintaining and reconciling the companys purchase ledgerReviewing and maintaining POA (Payment on Account) recordsReconciling supplier accounts and statementsEnsuring the accurate and timely processing of documentationLiaising with internal management teams and external suppliersSupporting month-end close procedures related to purchase ledgerAbout You:We are looking for someone with previous experience in a purchase ledger or finance-related role.
