I am recruiting for a French speaking Payroll Specialist for a leading financial services client. In this dynamic role, you will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for French payroll, manage payroll functions, maintain compliance with local legislative requirements, and support HR Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for various employee types, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
  • Administer employee payroll records and address queries related to salaries, overtime, and bonuses.
  • Handle customer complaints and implement remediation actions, while managing risk events effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide service updates and insights.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in third party ADP payroll processing and HR back-office applications.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage complex queries.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both English and French.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure while prioritizing tasks effectively.
