Graphic Designer

Job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Working closely with the marketing team to deliver high quality creative content that’s aligned with strategic business goals
• Develop and execute creative concepts across multiple channels including; leaflets, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, website content, social media platforms, trade show graphics and materials, and other documents and assets as required
• Manage projects from conception through to completion, collaborating as required and working with the team to ensure consistent brand application across all marketing materials and communications
• Generating ideas and participating in marketing workshops, brainstorming creative concepts for effective storytelling and product visualisation
• Working with the Adobe Suite to manipulate images and retouch photos
• Manage and maintain design templates & structures for brand consistency
• Maintaining design files, including marketing literature, and updating as appropriate
• Contribute to the continual growth and development of the brand identity
• Supporting the team throughout the execution of projects and campaigns

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• An excellent understanding of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• The ability to design for a diverse range of products, to brief and within brand guidelines, but also to start projects with your own vision when required
• Strong communication skills, as you will be discussing design requirements and concepts with colleagues throughout the company
• A creative mindset and attention to detail, with a keen eye for imagery, design aesthetics and brand consistency
• A desire to take on responsibility, use your initiative and work well within a team
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects & adhere to tight deadlines
• The desire and ability to keep up with current design trends and design related tech
• Strong portfolio of work
• Degree/diploma educated in Graphic Design, and/or proven design experience
