Description

  • Assist with accounting and finance tasks
  • Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Assist with the preparation of weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist with other accounting projects
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
  • Perform database backups
  • Work with the finance team to achieve financial objectives
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets or forecasts

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • Experience working within an accounts function
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Good understanding of mathematics and statistics
  • Ability to work to deadlines
