They are now looking for an experienced National Account Manager to build and strengthen partnerships with key retail clients, including major pharmacy chains, and to identify new opportunities to grow market share.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Development: Build and maintain relationships with major retail clients, focusing on two key pharmacy groups.
  • Market Insight: Identify and capitalize on market gaps, particularly in areas underserved by competitors.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure product placement, marketing alignment, and operational efficiency.
  • Data Utilization: Monitor account performance and provide actionable insights to refine strategy.
  • Business Expansion: Drive efforts to expand the brand's presence and achieve competitive differentiation.


Candidate Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in account management within the health and wellness, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Retail Partnership Expertise: Proven ability to manage and grow partnerships with large-scale retail or pharmacy chains.
  • Market Focus: Strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to identify gaps in the market.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience using data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Proactive Mindset: Motivated to achieve results and drive business growth.
