Team Leadership: Provide technical and practical support to the regional service engineers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Service Operations: Liaise with regional engineers and ensure smooth daily operations, offering guidance on technical issues and health & safety matters. Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with contracted customers, offering regular communication and reporting.
