- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within the automotive dealership industry.
- Proficiency in Kerridge is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
