Lettings included at NO EXTRA COSTOffer your clients a full Lettings service without any additional monthly fee.Managed, rent collect and let only services available.They will manage all your compliance.Agreements, invoicing, and renewals all taken care of.What you getUp to £15,000 income support to get you off to a flying start.Getting started is the hardest part, which is why they provide income support during your first 6 months.Get up to £500 income support every time you make a close* (Caps at £2,500 per months)Do not wait for your first completion to pay yourself.Only pay them back when you make £2.5K/PM in revenue.EXAMPLEYou achieve four instructions in a month, so they loan you £2000 of a potential £2500.You can now pay yourself in your first month of business, no need to wait until your first completionOnly when your total revenue reaches £2500p/m do you pay them back - the outstanding loan is deducted from your revenue.Marketing Wondering where your leads will come from?With a substantial content library to play with and team of marketing professionals on-hand for guidance - they will set you up with the tools you need to win business, big.Branding and design…sorted.Their marketing suite gives you access to your own brand kit and content library.
