Internal Sales & Estimating Coordinator(with Administrative Support Duties)We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales & Estimating Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our estimating and sales operations within the Metal Roofing and Cladding division, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective communication between clients, production, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries.Prepare quotations and assist with pricing, working closely with the estimating team.Read and interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications to support accurate estimates.Engage with customers both face-to-face and over the phone to provide technical information, updates, and support.Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to build and maintain strong relationships.Enter and manage customer orders within the company’s computerised system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Liaise with the production team to confirm lead times and communicate updates to clients.Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and follow-up throughout the project process.Provide general administrative support to the sales and estimating teams as required.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in internal sales, estimating, or customer service within a technical or construction-related environment preferred.Ability to read and understand architectural or technical drawings.Strong communication and organisational skills.Computer literate with good attention to detail.Knowledge of corrugated cladding or agricultural building materials would be a distinct advantage - however training will be providedA positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.What We OfferA supportive, friendly working environment.Opportunities for professional development within a growing company.Competitive salary based on experience.
