Job: Solution architectKey skills: Salesforce, Public Sector Services (PSS)Experience : 8+ yearsLocation : London, UKJob Type: Full TimeWe at Coforge are seeking “Solution architect ” with the following skill-set:Must have skills : Salesforce extensive experience as solution architect and PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation experience is mandatory requirement.Job Description12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years on public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domainMust have worked on PSS cloud and good to have GDS understanding.CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plusProven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate as part of a team to solve business and technical problemsBe the Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for our customersThought leadership role in Public Sector/Energy & Utilities Industry. Deliver & support business process innovation workshops.Leads business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.Assess customers business requirements, co-create the future vision for success and map to Salesforces solutionsGive input to customers target architecture, phasing, roadmap and transition architectureProvide domain expertise and guidance to define solution for the customers on the salesforce 360 platformWork with the client to build out their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals, leveraging Salesforce Platform and supporting technologyComfortable working with complex business requirements, design, and help configure the desired solution.Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project teams and implementation partners to determine the solution details and value of the proposed architectureReview and provide guidance on design and infrastructure blueprints, as well as proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risksStay up to date with the latest updates and trends in the industry and Salesforces solutions as well as competitive solutions.
