Trusted by high street mortgage lenders, building societies, national landlords, and equity release brands, we complete a property inspection every 12 seconds across the UK and Northern Ireland.We have an exciting opportunity to Join our Business Development Team as a Strategic Account Manager, leading relationships with clients and driving strategic growth for e.surv.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage client relationships, ensuring strategic objectives and contractual commitments are met. Develop and maintain account management plans, including performance metrics and tailored reporting. Lead strategic sales planning to optimise profitability and identify growth opportunities within existing relationships. Understand client lending strategies, valuation product appetite, and transformation projects. Drive diversification and penetration of allocations, aligned with e.survs strategic goals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver service excellence across SLAs, compliance, technology, and operations. Propose and negotiate deal structures, balancing client needs and risk mitigation. Produce accurate forecasts and performance reports, highlighting risks and emerging trends. Influence internal stakeholders to ensure contracted performance metrics are achieved. Act as client advocate, ensuring all touchpoints align with strategic aims and fostering long-term partnerships.Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in strategic account management or business development. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
