An excellent opportunity for a Lettings Manager to join a thriving independent lettings agency within their office in the Solihull area. 

My clients have developed a superb reputation locally and are a brand many would like to work for due to their success and good standing. They have a rare opportunity for an experienced and proven Lettings Manager to join the team. They are looking for someone who can not only oversee the team but also help the business to develop and grow to new levels.  

Lettings Manager – Benefits

Lettings Manager – Duties

  • Management of the day to day operations 
  • Coaching and mentoring your team to be the best they can be and achieve the best results for the branch
  • Generating new business, this is a hands on manager / valuer role
  • Looking for ways to increase the managed portfolio.
  • Dealing with any escalations.
  • Assisting and support the team as needed
  • Training and developing more junior members of staff.
  • Reporting on profit and loss and forecasting.
  • Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team.
  • Dealing with HR issues.
  • Attending Lettings valuations.

Lettings Manager – Experience Needed

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager.
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
  • You will be target driven and ambitious.
  • Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
  • Man management experience.
