A Freight Forwarding organisation are looking for an Export Coordinator to join their team in Essex.


Responsibilities;

  • Communicating with customers, hauliers and carriers.
  • Completing customs entries from start to finish
  • Responsible for checking country requirements
  • Raising Certificates of origin for export shipments
  • Raising export documentation and manifests.
  • collections making sure to meet vessel/ flight deadlines.
  • Checking vessels/flights
  • Preparing shipping documentation for exports
  • Arranging bookings with lines and carriers.
  • Booking and arranging
  • Invoicing, liaising with and sending pre alerts to overseas agents.


Skills Required;

  • Experience working within exports within a freight forwarder
  • Experience handling air freight and sea freight
  • Completion of export documentation
  • Customs entries experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience using CNS, Destin8 and Multi freight
