  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the business units.

  • Commercial Support: Partner with operational teams to optimize financial outcomes, identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, and support pricing strategies.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • A recognised accountancy qualification - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role within a multi-site or multi-divisional environment, ideally within a PE-backed company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving financial performance and delivering results.
