Our client is a leading international wealth and asset management business with a focus on innovative solutions that drive efficiency across the wealth management cycle. The company has expanded significantly through acquisitions and organic growth, with operations across multiple regions including the UK, Jersey and South Africa.


This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly experienced Senior Regulatory Lawyer to join the Group Legal team. The role requires expert knowledge of financial regulations, and you will act as primary legal contact for all regulatory legal queries. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal standards across the business. You will work closely with senior management and various internal teams to provide strategic advice on regulatory matters.


Key Requirements


  • You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' PQE (candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply) and ideally have in-house experience within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Alternatively, you may be working as a lawyer in a top tier private practice law firm.
  • A business oriented lawyer with the breadth of experience to cover a broad range of legal and regulatory issues across the entire Group, with the ability to think strategically and creatively see legal issues in their wider context and advise accordingly.


The location for this role can be based out of their London, Harrogate or Bristol offices, depending on the candidates location. The company is offering an excellent total compensation package. In addition, the business is flexible in its approach to work and offers hybrid working.
