Position: Steel Fixers 2 Positions Available

Location: Calvert, Buckinghamshire (HS2 Project Site)

Duration: 1-2 months minimum, potential for it to be much longer depending on site schedule.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday (10 hours per day)
• Saturdays work 5.5 hours paid 9,5

Pay Rate: £24 (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking two skilled and experienced Steel Fixers for the HS2 project in Calvert. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Accurately positioning, securing, and installing steel bars and mesh
• Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and safety regulations
• Collaborating effectively with other team members on site

Requirements:

• Proven experience in steel fixing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and able to commit to the project duration
• Good physical condition and ability to handle the demands of the job
