We have an exciting new vacancy for a Breakfast Chef to join the team at The Royal Clifton Hotel in Southport. This 120 Bedroom Victorian Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Southport on the main Promenade and just a short walk to the nearby shops, train station and Southport Beach.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and cooking breakfast for our guests.
  • Accepting deliveries and arranging stock rotation
  • Ensuring orders are placed whilst monitoring stock levels
  • Keeping all kitchen stores and fridges clean
  • Various roles within the kitchen in quiet times

This role will be ideal for someone that has kitchen experience, full training for the role will be also be given.
