The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. You will handle a caseload of complex commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small but complex caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and development projects.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a responsive service with professionalism and care.
  • Use our matter management system, which can be accessed remotely, to keep track of cases and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in commercial property law and related sectors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 -5 years PQE in commercial property law.
  • Experience in the renewables or agriculture sectors is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong drafting skills.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to use our matter management system and other software tools efficiently.
  • Excellent client care skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload effectively.
