You’ll be joining highly supportive SEN environments that cater for pupils with a wide range of needs, including autism, SEMH, SLD/MLD, ADHD, sensory needs and associated challenging behaviours. These long-term roles offer the chance to build strong, consistent relationships and help children make sustained progress academically, socially and emotionally. We’re looking for SEN teachers who: • Hold QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification) • Have proven experience in specialist settings or SEN-focused roles • Are confident working with pupils who present challenging behaviours, dysregulation or complex communication needs • Use trauma-informed, relationship-based and de-escalation approaches • Can adapt lessons creatively for a wide range of learning profiles • Build trust, structure and consistency in the classroom • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and multi-agency professionals • Demonstrate strong safeguarding awareness, resilience and emo...
