We're seeking a Senior Manager to join the 1LoD controls office (Enterprise Controls) and lead a team of specialists delivering operational risk support and performing robust control testing across the Chief Commercial Office and Group Strategy functions. Acting as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders, the Senior Manager will d rive adherence to the Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework and b uild risk and control maturity and capability across the Commercial and Strategy functions. It will l ead a team of Controls experts to deliver high-quality risk assessments, expert advice, and control design and effectiveness testing as well as p rovide actionable insights that strengthen the control environment and support strategic objectives. The role holder will also a ct as a senior point of contact and expert leader for first-line risk matters, equipping business leaders and governance forums with rich insights and MI.
