The Role: As a Conference Producer, you will be an integral part of the event production team, contributing to the planning and event execution. This hybrid role is based in our client's bustling London office. You will collaborate closely with senior producers, marketing, sales, and operations teams giving you the opportunity to learn and grow within the events industry.


Key Responsibilities for the Conference Producer:

  • Content Development: Research and develop engaging conference agendas that highlight industry trends and insights.
  • Speaker Management: Identify and secure high-profile speakers and industry experts.
  • Project Coordination: Support the end-to-end management of event logistics, timelines, and budgets.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in creating promotional materials and driving event attendance.
  • On-site Management: Help manage on-site event execution, ensuring seamless operations and a superior attendee experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and exhibitors.


Requirements for the Conference Producer:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Passion for Events: A strong interest in the events industry with a minimum of 6 months experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and the ability to thrive under pressure.
