The Role We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join the school's Key Stage 2 team. You will deliver engaging lessons, nurture pupil confidence, and ensure strong progress across reading, writing, and maths. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to Year 3 learning objectives * Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment * Use assessment to track progress and inform next steps * Support pupils' transition into lower KS2 and promote strong foundational skills * Work collaboratively with the KS2 team and support staff * Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues Skills & Qualifications Essential: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Proven experience teaching at primary level (Year 3 experience preferred) * Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum * Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge learners Desirable: * Experience supporting learners across KS2 * Strong behavio...
