ROLE
- Develop and implement comprehensive credit risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct detailed credit risk assessments and due diligence on prospective borrowers.
- Monitor and analyze the credit risk of the existing lending portfolio.
- Develop and maintain credit risk models to predict and mitigate potential defaults.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to establish credit limits and terms.
- Provide regular reports and insights on credit risk exposure to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Credit risk portfolio and strategy experience
- Experience with SQL/ SAS/ Python
