About the Role In this pivotal position, you'll take the lead in contacting warm leads - patients who have expressed interest in private healthcare and surgical procedures. Your role is to listen, advise, and support individuals in making informed decisions about their health options, ensuring every interaction is professional, ethical, and compassionate. Alongside your own sales activity, you'll manage and motivate a team of six dedicated admin and sales staff, ensuring smooth operations, excellent patient communication, and consistent achievement of performance goals. Key Responsibilities Engage with warm leads via phone and email, converting enquiries into consultations or bookings. Provide clear, informative advice on private healthcare and surgical options.
