As an early team member, you’ll play a key role in shaping our platform, our culture, and the future of safety tech.The RoleYou’ll work across the full stack - from frontend experiences in Angular 19+ to backend services built on Supabase and .NET Core - to power the next generation of Helix EHS products.This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and ship features end-to-end, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver solutions that delight our users and make workplaces safer worldwide.What You’ll DoBuild responsive, performant web applications using Angular 19+, TypeScript, and RxJSDevelop complex form workflows and reusable UI components that drive data-rich user journeysIntegrate frontends with backend services using Supabase and .NET Core APIsDesign and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring reliability, scalability, and securityWork with PostgreSQL, optimising queries and schemas for performanceImplement secure coding standards, RBAC, and multi-tenant architecturesParticipate in code reviews, CI/CD automation, and DevOps workflows via Azure DevOpsCollaborate within agile teams using Git, Jira, and transparent delivery practicesDeploy and monitor applications in Azure, ensuring stability and uptimeContinuously improve our systems, performance, and developer experienceWhat You’ll BringStrong experience as a full-stack engineerDeep expertise in Angular 19+, TypeScript, RxJS, and Reactive FormsProven ability to design modular, reusable UI componentsHands-on experience with Supabase and PostgreSQLProficiency in .NET Core APIs and RESTful service designStrong understanding of secure coding practices, RBAC, and multi-tenant systemsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflowsComfort working in Azure cloud and agile environmentsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldNice to HaveExperience in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environmentsAwareness of UI/UX best practicesExperience within the EHS, SaaS, or enterprise software domainsUnderstanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or other enterprise compliance standardsWhy Join Helix EHSShape a fast-growing SaaS platform that’s improving safety in critical industriesWork with a modern, scalable tech stackEnjoy a collaborative culture, competitive compensation, and real ownership over your workJoin a team that truly values quality, security, and user-centric design
