Senior Auditor


Contract Type: 1 Year, Contractual (likelihood of multiple extensions)


Remuneration - €80 - €100 per hour


Cutting-edge Biotechnology firm looking for a Senior Auditor resource


A large part of this role would include travelling to Supplier sites in multiple locations across the EU, so comfortability with travel is a necessity



Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed audits on suppliers, focusing on compliance, quality, and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate supplier audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and monitor corrective actions to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure alignment and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Prepare and present audit reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to continually enhance the audit process and methodology.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supplier audit within the biotechnology or related industries. Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology).
