Northwood, United Kingdom NORTHWOOD COLLEGE FOR GIRLS Part time

Northwood College is looking for an enthusiastic, positive and reliable individual to provide high-quality ballet and dance instruction to students aged 3 - 7 years old (EYFS and KS1).

Pupils have a timetabled ballet lesson as part of their general school curriculum once a week. The classes include ballet, jazz/modern, mime, improvisation and poetry, so applicants will need a clear speaking voice, as well as the ability to relate to and work well with this age group. A qualification in ballet/dance training (ISTD, RAD or equivalent) is essential.

Pupils also have exposure to the Cecchetti, RAD and ISTD methods, so knowledge and experience with these methods would be desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to inspire a lifelong love of dance and movement in our younger pupils.

This is a part-time post for 2 mornings per week, term time only.
